Being trained in Western and Indian dance,Salome Roy Kapoor has been teaching dance for the last fifty years, since the early age of six. In the sixties and seventies, she modelled and organized fashion shows. She also worked as a personality development trainer and as a Director for Stage Production for children from different schools. She also won the 'Miss India' title of 1972 and currently works with the Sanjeevani wellness centre in Mumbai.
